Information Security – Non-IT

Information security existed long before IT (Information Technology) became the accepted mode of data creation and storage. As a general definition information is a collection (factual or not) of related data or knowledge about a subject. Information Security therefore seeks to protect the data or knowledge from any risks that may seek to illegally or surreptitiously obtain it from its rightful owner or those with permission to possess it.

Trident Manor has a training programme that educates individuals and organisations about the reasons why keeping data secure is so important and methods for doing so. Included within the training are discussions about physical, technical and procedural ways of securing data as well as methods used to illegally remove or obtain it.

Trident Manor personnel have many years of experience and the necessary skills to train individuals and organisations, whether nationally or internationally in the steps and procedures needed to protect information from a wide range of threats.
