Advanced Cultural Protection Training in Rome, Italy
Tuesday, 9th July 2024
From July 15th, our Managing Director will be delivering cultural protection training at the American University of Rome.
Next week, our Managing Director, Andy Davis will be delivering our Advanced Certificate in the Protection of Cultural Venues programme in collaboration with the American University of Rome's Summer Development Programme. For 5 half days, delegates will be introduced to the threats facing cultural venues including museums, galleries, archives, and places of worship, how attacks at cultural venues are planned using the five-stage attack cycle, situational awareness and surveillance detection skills, the recommended tools for undertaking risk assessing activities, and the effective operational practices.
We are looking forward to welcoming delegates from Italy, Canada, and the Middle East on this programme and to hear about their experiences in the arts, culture and heritage sector. This is another chance for us to support international colleagues with our advice, guidance and certified training programmes which focus on proactive prevention for the sector.
In the coming months, we look forward to continuing our outreach to global cultural heritage venues with our Cultural Protection Services and training programmes. If you would like Trident Manor to deliver training or support your upcoming projects in the arts, heritage, or cultural sectors, please feel free to contact our team.
