Advocating paid internships on the BBC, Holly Ross is an excellent advert for the benefits, as is Leo Kelly who also did his internship with Trident Manor Limited. It is an excellent way to enable the bright new talent that may never have considered security as a profession to see the wider opportunities that exist. Trident Manor will be bringing on a further two interns during 2019 and hopefully they will either remain within the Trident Manor family or join others within the sector.

Our ethos is that by opening opportunities to all young people, no matter their financial background, we will see the all the talent there is to offer. This will in turn encourage the best and brightest to consider security as a profession. We hope that other companies in the sector will follow suit, some of us 'old dogs' can learn from the interns.
