Trident Manor's managing director has been appointed as the Chair for the North-East & Yorkshire CSSC (Cross-sector Safety & Security Communications) Programme.

On the 1st August 2019 Trident Manor's managing director, Andy Davis was appointed as the Chair for the CSSC (Cross-sector Safety & Security Communications) programme for the North-East & Yorkshire region of the UK.

The Cross-sector Safety and Security Communications (CSSC) initiative, was founded in June 2011 by a team of senior security experts, with the aim of building a messaging platform, to facilitate communications between the private and public sectors, on issues surrounding security and business resilience. Since it's inception as a London based programme it has now been rolled out across the whole of the UK.

The initiative is a partnership basis between law enforcement, government departments and nearly every industry sector that operates in the capital and beyond. Andy said "It is a great honour and privilege to be asked to take on this role which is an important way for businesses to be kept up to date with vital strategic safety and security information shared by governmental departments; for the benefit of all."
