Trident Manor personnel deployed to Southern Ireland where they met with other members of the design team to discuss and review plans for the redevelopment of a prestigious cultural heritage project.

Following the awarding of a contract to provide specialist cultural advice and guidance to a Dublin based internationally recognised firm of architects staff flew into Cork to meet with other members of the design team including the client, architects, government officials, and other specialists.

A full review of the existing plans was undertaken and Trident Manor was able to provide specific advice regarding protecting cultural venues and the implementation of an integrated approach.

As a result, opportunities were identified to streamline certain costs while introducing measures that had not been considered and which would enable international lenders to have confidence in the overall protective security measures that will exist at the venue.
