Despite it being close to Christmas the Trident Manor team spent time in London delivering advice, guidance, and support for clients.

During December 2023 Trident Manor personnel visited clients in London to discuss several matters and areas of concern.

We worked with one client to undertake a security risk assessment at a property belonging to a national cultural institution. The physical and technical security measures were reviewed and as a result, the physical hardening of sensitive areas and storage facilities will take place. In addition, the technical systems were found to need a complete overhaul whereby they can be integrated and provide a more effective solution to the client's needs.

The Trident Manor team will design the technical solution that will enable the integration of the Intruder, Fire, CCTV, and access control systems, alongside designing a centralised control facility that can be used as a future hub should the client so desire.

Another client requested Trident Manor’s services to assess and review the operational practices and governance of the venue if faced with protesters. This resulted in the identification some areas for improvement while identifying widespread knowledge and understanding of what actions were required. Trident Manor is producing a full report to support the client and help the senior management team make informed decisions about their intended approach.
